Bottle Spells and Honey Jar Spells are both Contained Spells, which also includes Mojo Hands, Jack Balls, and Poppets (which I have on other pages), as well as Potted Plant Spells and Jar or Box Spells. Container spells are created for a myriad of reasons by combining herbs, roots, oils, and personal concerns, and working a spell that is then contained within the object.
Bottle spells contain specific mixes or herbs, roots, minerals, oils, and personal concerns. A candle is burned over and into the bottle which is then sealed to complete and keep the work intact. These can be kept on an altar, buried in a yard for safety, or thrown into a body of water or graveyard, as needed for the specific spell. Alternately, after burning the candle, Bottle Spells can be filled with appropriate liquid—such as Florida Water for home or love work or Hoyt’s Cologne for money drawing work—and kept on an altar to be “shaken” occasionally for renewed energy.

Honey Jar Spells are another Contained Spell. Very literal in the name, they are used to sweeten a specific situation such as love or romance, a job situation, or a court case. They contain a specific mix of herbs, roots, minerals, and personal concerns, within honey. A candles is then burned over the jar and when finished is either disposed of as appropriate or kept on an altar for continued use. You can burn a candle once or repeat the burning any number of times as works best to obtain wish or goal.
