Oils are an intricate part of magical practice and can be used for both anointing and dressing.
Anointing oils are meant to be used on the body and should be cut with enough oil to be safe to the skin, though some allergies are always possible. They can be worn during specific spellwork or activities, or just as you would a perfume or cologne.
Dressing oils are meant to dress or anoint objects such as candles, petitions, mojo hands, jackballs, etc. This can be done once as needed to work a spell, or continually such as redressing a mojo hand. Be careful of fabric such as upholstery as oils will stain.
I produce two kinds of oils: dressing and annointing oil blends and whole root oil. Both can be used in the same way—for both dressing and anointing the body or objects.
My dressing and annointing oils are essential and fragrance oils blended in almond oil.

My root oils are whole roots in olive oil.
